2020
Mirrah Image Begins

Jennifer Dickens founded Mirrah Image Services in Leesburg, Florida with a vision of creating disability services centered on relationships, family involvement, and individualized support.

2022
Becoming an APD Provider

We became an approved APD provider, allowing us to begin serving individuals and families throughout Central Florida.

2023
Tyrone Joins the Village

Tyrone Salters joined Mirrah Image as Administrative Director, bringing a passion for operations, employment initiatives, and community partnerships that helped shape the organization's next chapter.

Building Creative Opportunities

We launched innovative Adult Day Training experiences focused on creativity, self-expression, life skills, and community involvement.

Growing Our Village

As more families joined Mirrah Image, we expanded services to include Supported Living Coaching, Companion Services, Respite, Employment Services, and additional community supports.

Today, Mirrah Image continues to grow while staying true to the values that inspired us from the beginning: family, relationships, dignity, and independence.

The People Behind Mirrah Image

Mirrah Image Services was founded in 2020 by Jennifer Dickens with a vision of creating disability services built on relationships, dignity, independence, and opportunity. In 2023, Tyrone Salters joined the company as Administrative Director, and together they have guided its growth ever since.

What began as a commitment to providing more personal, person-centered support has grown into a trusted organization serving individuals and families throughout Central Florida.

Jennifer and Tyrone lead Mirrah Image around a simple belief: every individual deserves to be seen, valued, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. Their leadership continues to guide the organization's mission of helping individuals build confidence, achieve meaningful goals, and create fulfilling lives within their communities.

At Mirrah Image, success is measured by more than services provided. It is measured by relationships built, milestones achieved, and lives positively impacted.

Why We Started Mirrah Image

We saw a need for disability services that felt more personal.
